Accommodation	The apartment sleeps up to six people comfortably in three separate bedrooms: the master bedroom with double bed; second bedroom with twin beds; and third bedroom with two single bunk beds.   Bookings of more than six persons by prior arrangement only.   The apartment is let as a holiday home and is not to be used for any other purpose.
Children	Children are most welcome.   A cot can be made available.
Arrival & Departure	The weekly let is from 5pm Friday on the date of arrival to 10am on the following Friday, the date of departure
Gas & Electricity	The cost of all power, heating and lighting is included.
Telephone	There is a public telephone in the village centre and on Meerut Road. Please bring a mobile telephone for contact if necessary during your stay.
Linen	Please bring your own bed linen for one double duvet and up to four single duvets and cot as required, together with bath and hand towels
Cleaning	The cottage is cleaned between lets.  However, please do leave the cottage as you would wish to find it.
Pets	By prior arrangement only.
Keys & Directions	These will be made available to you on your arrival at the apartment.
Security Deposit	A security deposit of £100 per week booked is required on booking.
Rental & Payment	Please call to check availability or for details of the out-of-season weekly or weekday/weekend break rentals for the apartment which will be payable in full three months prior to the commencement of the holiday.   Please make the cheque payable to:  S J Morris.
Cancellation	In the unfortunate event of cancellation, efforts will be made to find a replacement booking.   Only if successful in rebooking the apartment, can the deposit and the rental be refunded less costs.
Insurance	It is strongly recommended that insurance is taken out to cover not only the possibility of cancellation, but also any damage caused or breakages, accidental or otherwise, for which the tenant is responsible.
